Easiest Way backup and restore Blog Template?

The day may come when you mess your template and wish if you could recover that Template.The condition may only comes if you have not backed up your Template.If you don’t want to see that they always back up your Blog regularly as a habit.You may need some code and codes and want to get the previous template then back up is the best way to recover the previous template.

 

When To Back up Blog?

We need to back up blog if you make a tinker change too.But why because sometimes small  things also make a large issue.

How to Back Up Blog?

Back Up blog is the easiest way as we breadth.Just we need to download the File and store in safe place.If you want to Back Up your Template the tutorial is helpful.

For Blogger

Backing Blog In Blogger

1. Go to Blogger.com
2. Go to Design or Template>Edit HTML
3. Your Screen Looks like similar to this.
   
4. Click on link “Download Full Template”
5. Your blog will be back up.

Restoring The Template In Blogger.

1. Go to Dashboard>Design or Template>Edit HTML
2. Click on choose file or browse.
3. Select the back up XML file.
4. Finally click on “Upload” button.
5. Your Template will be successfully restored.

For Wordpress.

Using FTP client   copy the files from there.Save those folders to your Computer.Store them in a safe place.If you want more idea for wordpress  then you can learn from here.

To restore in wordpress just upload the backed up folders,files in it.
