1. Again Go to http://dmoz.org/ .
2. Enter to the category where your Blog lies.E.g Arts,Networking etc.
3. After going to final category click on Suggest URL which is at Top right part.
   
4. Enter the formalities like Blog URL,Blog Title,Captcha etc.
5. Finally click on Submit.

After submitting just pray to God that your site gets enlisted.But you may not get accepted if your blog poses following result.

• If the Blog has Low quality content.
• If the blog has many unwanted advert
• If the blog is not user friendly
• If the blog have unwanted text/multimedia/JavaScript and consumes more Time to Load.

How ever if does not get enlisted don’t panic and try to improve your Blog as much as you can.
